General Information

We do everything we can to ensure that our prices are correct, sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price that was displayed at the time of order. Prices listed on any other websites will not be accepted, we reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own.

We do our very best to provide accurate and up to date images of each product displayed on our website. Sometimes products can slightly change in colour or design during re-supply from manufacturers. If and when this happens we will update the appropriate images.

All content, images, logos and graphics remain the property of Cricket Kit and of the product manufacturers. No content, in part or full must not be used or copied without express permission.  

Refunds and Returns

If you have purchased the wrong size or for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please return the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, along with a copy of the receipt and an explanation why you are unhappy. So long as the product has never been used and is in the original packaging we will be happy to replace or refund the product. Please note: no delivery charges will be refunded.

If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, please return the product to us, with a copy of the receipt, and we will send it immediately to the manufacturer for assessment. The decision as to whether the product is repaired or replaced under warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Delivery Information

In most cases orders are sent using Australia Post, sometimes we may use other courier services. There is a standard delivery and handling charge of $20.00 per order. This amount will be added to the total of your order. However, depending on the weight and size of the order there may be extra charges. You will see the total freight charge in the checkout section of your order before checking out. If the order is particularly heavy or bulky or is going to a remote area we will contact you to advise of any further charges.

Australia Post delivery times for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 3 to 7 days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow 10 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

International Shipping

We can arrange international shipping orders – simply list the products you wish to purchase and we can we can calculate the shipping cost. Please contact us at info@cricketkit.com.au for further information.
